I discovered a rooftop swimming pool with excellent views! I liked that it was right near my room. The reception staff was very helpful. They addressed all my questions quickly.
The breakfast bread seemed a bit stale and low quality. The restaurant service was slow and food quality inconsistent. My octopus dish had some cleaning issues. It was disappointing.

they felt warm and kind, particularly harri and marcia at reception. the staff gave the hotel a personal feel. i experienced a few maintenance issues, but these were quickly addressed.
the hotel is uphill, so returning from town after a long day can be tiring.

The staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. i enjoyed the rooftop pool. It was clean and offered a lovely view of the city. breakfast included fresh bread and local jams (the passion fruit jam was delicious).

i was impressed by the hotel's location, very close to the town center. the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always available to assist with inquiries. my room was spacious with a balcony, a real benefit. the view from the terrace was amazing, especially overlooking the sea and city.
the breakfast selection could use some improvements. i noticed the quality of bread was not the best. the restaurant service was a bit slow and the food, on average, was okay. internet access was only available in public areas, it was not available in the rooms.
